About the Pool
Our heated open air swimming pool is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Greystoke. The water is heated by air source heat pumps and the water temperature is usually around 26°C depending on the air temperature.

1st Greystoke Brownies & Guides love coming to our local pool! This time, they came as part of our camp-in-a-day, and even though it was raining, they had great fun! The new changing rooms and cafe are a brilliant upgrade too!
The pool is a fantastic asset for the entire Village community and beyond. We really enjoy being involved in the upkeep and use of such a unique facility. It improves my mental health to be able to come swimming in the morning. It keeps my children and myself fit, and is an unrivalled form of entertainment in the summer months. It has also created its own little community as the adult only swimmers often arrange to meet and swim together. The new cafe has also been a great asset, and an opportunity for people of the village to meet for lunch. Long may it continue!!
What a fantastic pool! Enjoyed a fun afternoon down at the pool with my family. It is a suntrap. Lovely clean pool, friendly life guard and handy for the playground too. Thank you, we will be back!
A trip down to the pool is the highlight of our summer! The ease of access between the learner pool and the larger pool really helped our little one build his confidence as a swimmer whilst giving his big sister plenty of room do her 'thing'!
In 2025 we will continue to use the online booking system for public sessions , keeping 15/20 swim spaces each session for walk-ins on a first come first serve bases.
Public swimming sessions are 1pm -6pm at the weekend and during school holidays. This is split into 3 sessions. Monday to Friday it’s 3pm - 6pm in term time.
